How to pay the airline for your ticket

After you pay our fee, you pay the ticket price straight to the airline. It takes a few minutes. Follow these steps.

  1. Pay our service fee first

    Pay the JCLFlyEasy fee shown on your invoice. When we have received it, we send you your booking reference (a short code) and your booking summary.

  2. Check your booking summary

    Make sure every passenger name, the date and the flights are exactly right. Tell us straight away if anything is wrong, before you pay the airline.

  3. Pay the airline the ticket price

    Pay the fare amount on your invoice directly to the airline, using your booking reference. Choose one of the ways below.

  4. Get your e-ticket

    Once the airline has your payment, it issues your e-ticket. Check your email, including the spam folder. If it has not arrived, message us with your booking reference.

Ways to pay the airline

Online with a card

Pay with your own Visa card on the airline’s booking page. Have your booking reference ready.

Mobile banking

Pay through your bank’s mobile banking under ticket payments. Enter your booking reference when asked. Ask us if you get stuck.

At the sales office

Take your booking reference and booking summary to the nearest airline sales office and pay there.

Organizations: UATP card

If your company or office has a UATP airline payment card, ask us whether the airline accepts it for your booking. If it does, pay the fare with the card and quote your booking reference.

Organizations: bank transfer

Your finance team can pay the fare to the airline by bank transfer. Write your booking reference as the payment description, and email us both receipts.

Good to know

  • Pay the airline soon after your fee. Prices and seats can change until the ticket is paid in full.
  • Always write or enter your booking reference. Without it the airline cannot match your payment.
  • Keep your receipts and your e-ticket. Take a screenshot as a backup.
  • Never send the airline payment to anyone except the airline.
